1. Eligibility for the HEAR Program

The HEAR Program is designed to provide financial assistance in the form of grants or rebates to low-income families seeking to electrify their homes and upgrade appliances to energy-efficient models. To be eligible, you must:

Funds received under the HEAR Program must be used only for the intended purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Upgrading eligible home appliances to energy-efficient models.

  • Home electrification projects, such as converting heating systems to electric or installing energy-efficient equipment. You may be required to provide documentation and receipts confirming the use of funds as specified.

4. Rebates and Grant Disbursement

The HEAR Program funds are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Disbursement of funds is subject to:
